Red Wing Shoes

A great company that makes a difference in people’s lives. Red Wing is fueled by strong values and the commitment to craftsmanship that has been at its core for over 100 years.  In February 1905, Charles Beckman and 14 Red Wing business investors organized the Red Wing Shoe Company. The first boots and shoes featured “pegged-and-nailed construction,” which was the industry norm, to supply workers with durable, comfortable footwear. Quality and craftsmanship set Beckman’s shoes apart and remains the company's guiding principle to this day.
