Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
Free shipping on regular priced inventory is available to most areas.
Orders under $99 are charged a minimum rate for shipping, if the cost to ship to your location exceeds this minimum, Sole City Shoes may contact you for additional shipping charges for you to approve prior to shipping.
All orders are provided a tracking number. We only ship our products through major carriers such as Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, Purolator and Canada Post.
Most major markets typically receive delivery as quickly as 1-3 business days. However, we have seen some product take up to 10 business days to arrive.
U.S. Orders
Sole City Shoes is pleased to ship directly to our U.S. customers. To keep everything clear at checkout, please note the following:

Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU): Import duties, tariffs, and taxes are not included at checkout. These fees are billed directly by the carrier upon delivery.

Customs Determination: The amount charged is set by U.S. Customs and may vary depending on footwear type, materials, and classification.

Final Sale: All U.S. orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Warranty Service: We are not currently servicing warranty claims for U.S. residents.
These policies are in place due to recent changes in U.S. import rules that impact footwear shipments. We appreciate your understanding and support, and we’ll keep customers updated if these requirements change in the future.
Returns and Exchanges
We provide free exchanges for a different size in the same style when available. If an alternate size is not available, the restocking fee for a return still applies.*
Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving the product, in an unworn condition with the original shoe box and shipping box provided.
Customers can choose between:

In-store credit (full value) – with free return shipping provided.

Refund to original payment – subject to a $25 restocking fee to cover shipping costs to their original form of payment. **
Refunds are typically issued within 48 hours of receipt by the approved carrier.
*Exchanges requested with an order value under $100 and/or sale priced items are subject to a $25 restocking fee. This fee covers the cost of shipping. Payment must be received prior to fulfillment.
**If your Return Label generates without a carrier’s logo, it is a Canpar return. Please visit Canpar.com for drop off locations, or call 1-800-387-9335 to arrange a pickup.

Price Changes and Taxes
As Sole City Shoes carries dozens of the world's leading and boutique footwear brands, in many cases prices listed are directly controlled by the Brand/Manufacturers. Our prices are subject to change without notice on the website or may be posted incorrectly. In order to comply with our manufacturers policies we reserve the right to cancel any order in the event a price was posted incorrectly.
All prices are subject to taxation under the local area where the purchase is made from and customers agree to pay all taxes applicable arising from a purchase.
As is required by both federal, state or provincial law all sales taxes are collected where applicable.
Cancellation
A customer may cancel an order at any time prior to the product being shipped at no charge.
In the event a product is sold out before your purchase is processed, there is a chance Sole City Shoes may need to cancel your order if we are unable to replenish the item.
Defective Goods
In the event you find the product to be defective after it is worn, please contact the Returns team at returns@solecityshoes.com. We may need to speak with you, and obtain pictures or a video of the issue. Our Returns Team will then need to get in touch with our manufacturer and attempt to request a return authorization from them prior to issuing a return authorization to you the customer. The result of this is subject to the manufacturers decision. Sole City Shoes reserves the right in its sole opinion to determine if the request is reasonable to make a claim, review previous purchase/return history, and Sole City Shoes shall be in no way required to provide evidence of the defect being refused.
