Perfect Fit Recommendations
Ask for Help Before You Buy
Given we are an online shoe store, our best advice is to ask for advice. Every one of our staff can assist you in selecting the right size and fit in any particular shoe you are considering. In many cases, from fitting customers in-store, our staff know if the shoe is narrow or wide, fits smaller or larger and can point out anything you may want to be aware of. We also aim to provide staff reviews of the shoes we carry to assist you in achieving the perfect fit every time.
That’s our goal.
Not Always Picture Perfect
Sole City Shoes uses best in class photography in an effort to show only products we have purchased and have in store, however given that a picture may only be as good and accurate as the device you are viewing it with, we can make no guarantee the product will look or be colored exactly as you see it on screen. If the color settings of a monitor or phone are different, or a screen is dimmed this can change the photo.
Not All Shoes are Created Equal
Shoe manufacturers size shoes differently. Even within a brand, shoe(s) can have a different makeup, which can adjust the size. In fact, the size of a shoe is a "closest to measurement", not the other way around. Given that you are purchasing footwear without having tried them on, you bear the risk that the product may not fit as desired. There is both a cost to ship the shoe and return the shoe; shipping costs need to be shared with the customer. We hope you can understand.
